We were great friends for all 4 years in college.

This friend and Soldier-Boy went to school together from Kindergarten on!

We together from 1988 until 1994. We ate a LOT of Swedish fish in that time.

We were best friends all through high school. She was a bridesmaid, too. Her daughter kept LSP busy for the entire afternoon.

We went to college together and she was one of Soldier-Boy's roommates when we got married.

So lucky to have such great in-laws!

Today my parents threw me a birthday party. My birthday isn't until next week and alreay I've had two parties! Whoo Hoo! A whole lot of family and friends showed up and it was so nice to see everyone. Lots of people brought their kids and LSP had a blast on the playground with them all. Thanks everyone for coming and making my birthday extra special!

LSP had a really hard time sleeping last night and it's the usual toddler guessing game trying to figure it out - teeth? Bad dream? Too hot? Too cold? Too dark? Too light? After all the play today, though she passed out tonight. We'll see how it goes.

She made it all better today after her nap, though, when she hugged me real tight and said 4 times, "I wuf you, Mommy." Yup, all better now!
