Late Halloween - Day 164

This morning LSP asked to go run errands, so we did.  In the middle of the errands she said, "Want to go do something fun."  What?!? Errands aren't fun enough for you?  IN one of the stores we had to wait quite awile at the register for a price check.  LSP chattered away, naming things and talking about stuff she saw.  The cashier was very impressed, even more so when she found out she is only two.  "Wow!  She's VERY smart!"  she kept saying over and over.  We met Nana and Grampy for lunch and she had a soft pretzel and proceeded to have it greet people as the walked by.  They were a little confused as to why a chewed on piece of pretzel was saying hi.

This evening I was putting some things away and she caught sight of the bag of Halloween costumes that she has flat-out refused to wear on Halloween.  She got very excited and wanted to put on the ladybug costume right away.  She wiggled with excitement as I got her into it and she zoomed downstairs to show Grampy.  Then she ran around the room in circles over and over laughing like crazy, stopping only to admire herself in the mirror.  It's only 3 days late, I suppose.  Shiloh was none too happy when she wanted to put the antennae deely-boppers on her back, but as with most things she put up with it for a short time.  Funny kid!

She said this was her camera.  Time to get my junior photog her own camera!

Then she found these ladybug rain shoes that are a million sizes too big for her and wore those around, too.

And of course, what ladybug doesn't wear pants on her head from time to time?

Think 1 and Thing 2.
