Yeeeech! - Day 20

The day started out well for me. Soldier-Boy got to call on the phone and we got to talk for awhile! He said Hello to LSP, too, but she did her usual phone routine, which is to stare very intently and not say a word. Later LSP hung out with Nana in her scraproom while Mommy went for a run. Then she hug with Grampy in the backyard for awhile before nap time. Shiloh and Sarah teamed up - Sarah caught and killed a mole and Shiloh was all ready to eat it...but Grampy intervened and took it away. Yeeeeech!

While LSP napped Nana and I went out to run errands, and got a killer deal on kids' books. She only had a few books here and we all were going a bit cross-eyed reading the same books over and over, so we stopped by a local used bookstore and found they had boxes and boxes and boxes of kids' books all for 25 cents each! So we carted out a stack and now we can read something different for awhile. We also went by Marshall's and got some big-girl underwear for Elizabeth, so we are all prepared to start potty training. Trouble is, she isn't really interested.

We are nearly finished with the antibiotics, which is a good thing because they are doing a number on LSP's digestive system. That combined with her favorite foods of late - beans, grapes and Fiber One cereal - means many dirty diapers a day. Tonight Grampy was reading her a book and got leaked on. More Yeeeeech!
